1. Data controller

Frontière, an independent assessment firm headquartered in Marseille (France), is the controller of the processing described below.
Contact: dpo@frontiere.ai

2. Processing and purposes

Two main processing operations are carried out.
  • Assessment engagements. Structured assessment of executives on behalf of a client investment fund, based on the prior explicit consent of the persons concerned and a contractual framework with the client.
  • Business relations. Handling contact requests, arranging conversations, sending the white paper on express request.

3. Legal bases

The processing of assessed executives' data rests on their consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of a contract concluded with the client fund (art. 6.1.b). The processing of business enquiries rests on legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) or on consent for the sending of content.

4. Data collected

Depending on the processing: identity and professional contact details, career history and roles, results of validated psychometric inventories (Big Five model), notes from structured interviews. No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is collected.

5. Retention periods

Engagement data: kept for the duration of the engagement, then archived for twenty-four months for evidentiary purposes, then deleted. Business data: three years after the last contact.

6. Recipients

Data is intended for the Frontière team, for the client fund within the strict scope of the agreed deliverable, and where applicable for technical processors (hosting, psychometric tools) bound by data processing agreements compliant with Article 28 GDPR. No transfer outside the European Union without appropriate safeguards.

7. Automated decisions

No decision producing legal effects is taken solely on the basis of automated processing. The conclusions of an assessment are formulated by a human assessor.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time. These rights are exercised by writing to dpo@frontiere.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (www.cnil.fr).

9. Security

Data is hosted in the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is restricted to persons strictly authorised per engagement.

10. Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies. Anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement may be implemented for strictly internal statistical purposes.
