1. Data controller
Frontière, an independent assessment practice headquartered in Marseille (France), is the controller of the processing described below.
Personal data contact: contact@frontiere.ai
Personal data contact: contact@frontiere.ai
2. Processing and purposes
Two main processing operations are carried out.
- Assessment engagements. Structured assessment of executives on behalf of a client investment fund, based on the prior explicit consent of the persons concerned and a contractual framework with the client.
- Business relations. Handling contact requests, arranging conversations.
3. Legal bases
The processing of assessed executives' data rests on their consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and on the performance of a contract concluded with the client fund (art. 6.1.b). The processing of business enquiries rests on legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f) or on consent for the sending of content.
4. Data collected
Depending on the processing: identity and professional contact details, career history and roles, results of validated psychometric inventories (the Big Five family), notes from structured interviews. No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is collected.
5. Retention periods
Engagement data: kept for the duration of the engagement, then archived for twenty-four months for evidentiary purposes, then deleted. Business data: three years after the last contact.
6. Recipients
We use processors within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR: the hosting of the site and of its database, psychometric tools, and a provider of frontier artificial intelligence models engaged under a commercial contract that explicitly excludes the training of its models on the content processed. Some of these providers belong to entities established outside the European Union: the processing concerned is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by a data processing agreement. No interview data, no document and no client content feeds the training of a model.
7. Automated decisions
No decision producing legal effects is taken solely on the basis of automated processing. The conclusions of an assessment are formulated by a human assessor.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time. These rights are exercised by writing to contact@frontiere.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority (www.cnil.fr).
9. Security
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and access is restricted to persons strictly authorised per engagement. Hosting locations and the safeguards applicable to transfers are set out in paragraph 6.
10. Cookies
The site uses no tracking cookies and no audience measurement tool. If cookie-free audience measurement were implemented, it would be disclosed here. The site's fonts are loaded from a third-party service (Google Fonts), which entails the transmission of your IP address to that service.
